• 5+ years of JIRA administration experience, including direct interaction with internal stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Proficient in installation, configuration, development, debugging, support and upgrades of Atlassian tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required; experience with Confluence, SDLC with Agile, and with automating compliance workflows is highly desired
• Experience with BitBucket
• Experience with Bamboo or Jenkins
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner
