We are on the lookout for a System Administrator to join our Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and execution of user requests (HelpDesk).
• Consulting and technical support for employees on IT servers.
• Administration of workstations on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Software installation, configuration, and support.
• Administration of physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Administration of the company's network infrastructure.
• Administration of the video surveillance system and access control system.
• Administration and control of backup infrastructure.
• Diagnostics and elimination of technical malfunctions of equipment and network.
• Execution of technical tasks, orders of the head and administration (including work with accounting: 1C and accounting portals).

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a system administrator.
• Experience supporting Windows/macOS/Linux workstations.
• Network administration experience.
• Responsibility, systematic thinking and attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate with users and help them solve technical issues.
