Your mission:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to give STARK a state of the art IT environment for its people to work on.
Responsibilities:
• Be hands on, setting up IT infrastructure for hardware and software
• Manage all software and hardware licences
• Support setup of data pipelines
• Work with teams to understand needs and build up our systems accordingly
• Respond to technical issues or support required teams
• Have an overview of the mgmt of our environment, but still able to get hands on and fix things
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
• Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems
• Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong SysAdmin experience over multiple years
• Tools such as Okta and Google Suite
• Endpoint Management
• Identity provisioning systems
• Setting up and running servers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel as needed
