• Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola server on-premise yang menjadi bagian dari area IT Support dan Ops (Seperti, Server Issabel, Server SME, NAS, dan lainnya). 
• Melakukan daily monitoring penggunaan resource dari setiap server.
• Menyiapkan daily report terkait performa dan penggunaan server yang ada.
• Memberikan saran serta inovasi yang berkaitan dengan Sysadmin demi peningkatan kualitas operasional IT Support dan Ops Team.
• Mengelola penggunaan akun serta akses IT dan User (via IAMD, seperti: Athena, Portal, Redash, dll), termasuk untuk proses onboarding (create account) dan offboarding (revoke account)
• Membuat Post Mortem document untuk setiap insiden/kejadian.

• Willing to be placed on a rolling basis at sites (Central Jakarta - West Jakarta).
• Mandatory overtime/standby on Saturdays (once a month).
• Must have less than 1 year of experience in the field.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1).

Basic skill :

   1.    Administrasi Sistem Operasi

       •    Linux: Manajemen user (useradd, passwd), permission (chmod, chown), service (systemctl, service)

       •    Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, Task Manager (optional)

   2.    Jaringan Dasar

       •    Konsep IP Address, subnet, gateway, dan DNS

       •    Penggunaan command dasar: ping, traceroute, netstat, nslookup

   3.    Monitoring & Troubleshooting

       •    Monitoring resource (top, htop, df, du, Task Manager)

       •    Analisis log sistem (journalctl, syslog, Event Viewer Windows)

   4.    Backup & Recovery

       •    Backup file (rsync, tar, Windows Backup)

       •    Restore & snapshot sistem

   5.    Dasar Scripting (Otomasi) >> Nilai lebih

       •    Shell scripting (Bash) untuk otomatisasi tugas dasar

       •    Command batch & PowerShell untuk Windows (optional)

   6.    Technical Writing

       •    Mengoperasikan Office365/Google Office
