Job Description

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Preferred
• At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
• At least 8 years in the following areas:
1. Expert pl-sql developer on Sybase 12.5,15.0 and Oracle 11.0
2. SQL Development -Understand business requirements and create data feeds for downstream systems, Ad-hoc business reporting
3. Performance Tuning-Tune sql / DB parameters for aiding application performance
4. Sybase DB Replication-Understand and resolve Sybase (master-master) replication issues
5. Oracle DB Replication- Golden Gate/Data Guard and oracle 11g RAC Architecture
6. Unix shell scripting, Perl-Work on Unix platform
7. Financial Domain - OTC Derivatives especially Rates Derivatives (all flavors of interest rate swaps) and Credit Derivatives ( Credit Default Swap)
Understand business requirements and plan DB releases
• Ability to Take ownership of DB environments
• Ability to Plan and implement DB releases as per application enhancements
• At least 7 years of experience working on DB objects designing for incoming / outgoing data
• At least 7 years of experience working on Administration of DB Issues / provide technical help to support Teams
• At least 7 years of experience working on Database maintenance Device DB Capacity & Statistics collection plans
• At least 7 years of experience in developing technology strategy.
• At least 7 years of experience in defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural stand point.
• At least 7 years of experience in defining technology solutions for Financial Services domain to solve business/ IT problem.
• Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.
• Understanding of market and technology trends.
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
