Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our Health and Fitness Club team. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will embody our hotel’s values and contribute to our purpose of offering exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Care:
Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all guests.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards guests' needs and concerns.
Ensure each guest feels valued and cared for during their time at the pool.

Energize and motivate guests, fostering a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Bring a high level of enthusiasm and passion to each lesson.
Strive to create engaging and dynamic swim sessions that inspire confidence and enjoyment.
Doing the Right Thing:
Uphold the hotel's values by acting with integrity and responsibility in every situation.
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, always putting the guests' well-being first.
Always Getting Better:
Continuously seek ways to improve swim programs and personal teaching methods.
Stay updated with the latest swim instruction techniques and safety standards.
Encourage feedback from guests to enhance their learning experience and overall satisfaction
Qualifications:
Certified Swim Instructor with a recognized qualification (e.g., ASA, STA, Red Cross, etc.).
Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Previous experience teaching swimming to various age groups and skill levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
