Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers with online store navigation, orders, and payments
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
• Provide guidance and product information to enhance customer experience
• Manage communication through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
