Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer solutions that enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Swedish-speaking clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
