Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Swedish and English across various platforms
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Gather feedback from customers to inform improvements in our service
• Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to better assist customers
• Participate in training programs to continuously enhance your skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in Swedish and English with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
