Job Description

We are looking for a Swedish & Norwegian speaking Customer Support Specialist who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Swedish & Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Consultant: You will work independently to receive incoming calls and provide the highest quality customer service. Most of your tasks will be related to financial services and supporting the bank's end customers, including blocking bank cards, etc. Your work will be carried out in Norwegian, Swedish and English.

 

This position offers you the opportunity to work in a fantastic team of 5 people where collaboration and well-being are highly valued. You will also have close cooperation with colleagues located in other locations such as Mo i rana & Solna. We are staffed 24/7, which means that shift work is required during daytime, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

· Receive incoming calls from customers, mainly individuals but also stores and bank personnel, and assist them with their inquiries

· Register all incoming inquiries in various systems

· Resolve incoming inquiries according to the situation

· Provide top-level service and communication to our customers, finding the best solutions based on the situation

· Work to establish and develop good relationships with the company's customers

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish (B2 and higher) and English is a must

· Has previous experience in a customer service role where you have dealt with individuals, for example, via phone, store, restaurant, etc.

· Is service minded.

· Good knowledge of computer systems

· Good qualifications in German language are advantage Personal qualities as we provide support around the clock, we are looking for someone who is flexible, loyal, and solution oriented. You should ideally be responsible and structured in your work and be able to professionally handle customers in all situations. Furthermore, you should be meticulous in your work to always ensure that you deliver the highest quality of service to the customer. There may also be periods of high workload, so we expect you to be able to handle stressful situations and communicate easily with colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
