Requirements: Primary Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative you will be a part of a great team and all together will: Listen and respond to customers queries by phone and email Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Requirements Native/ fluent level Swedish Good understanding of English (B2); Ability to work in a team environment Ability to build trust with the customers; Bonus Skills Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking; Good communication skills
