The results: 223 SVN offices with over 1,400 Commercial Real Estate Advisors and Staff producing $10.1 billion of transaction value.

The SVN Advisor is a highly trained commercial real estate sales professional in a chosen area of expertise. This is commission based position. If you follow our training, and you are motivated to succeed, you can expect to earn over $100,000 of gross commission income within the first 16 months as an SVN Advisor. You can expect to reach SVN Achiever status within the next 30 months ($250,000 in gross commission income).

You are motivated to be trained as a commercial real estate professional and to perform the activities required to be at the top of your profession.

You communicate well verbally and can write effectively.

You pass a state licensing exam.

You work well with peers and cooperate in an office environment.

You have the ability to use your professional time effectively.

Our people collaborate with other brokers within the office, within the SVN organization, and with other brokerages. As a result, people want to work with us. Our brokers earn higher commission income by completing more deals, at a higher price, and at a faster pace.
