Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply strategies for non-specific materials supporting multiple programs and platforms, aggregating demands to identify standardization and cost optimization opportunities
• Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes across multiple programs, generating consolidated forecasts and managing purchase orders in alignment with corporate policies
• Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels, design standardized inventory control processes, and lead initiatives to reduce excess inventory
• Build strategic relationships with key suppliers, participate in performance reviews, and drive supplier consolidation initiatives where appropriate
• Design, create, and maintain MRP systems for non-specific raw materials, ensuring system accuracy and optimizing processes for improved efficiency
• Collaborate with multiple program teams, finance, quality assurance, and logistics to align requirements and optimize material flow
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks for standard materials while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

About you

• Experience: Proven track record in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing roles, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of MRP principles, inventory management tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with internal solution development
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels. Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities and detail orientation. Collaborative team player who can work independently
• Education: Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
