Job Summary
Aa a Sustainment Speciailist I, your duties will primarily revolve around modifying existing software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware requirements, imporve performance, or update core applipcation frameworks or infrastucture. The Sustainment Specialist I should possess a degree or diploma in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or any other related field of study.
Your employment duties will consist as required by the Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive, however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonbale employment task assigned by a leader
Job Duties
Installation and configuration of customer on-premise servers, including compliance wirth cusomter access requirements, LDAP set-up and troubleshooting, hardwware mapping, network resolution when needed etc.,
Implement software according to internal and industry best practices
Interface builds
Execution of customer overrides and data migration requirements
Troubleshooting and detailed investigation/documentation of product defects or gaps
Documentation of customer environments on Customer Deploment Records and other system identified
Ability to understand and inivestigate application performance issues by analyzing CPU utilization, database sizing, and other server resource to prevent system failures
Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new system or modifications of as of an existing system.
Apply an interdisicplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced systems and system solutions
Participate in the installation, test, repair and support of a wide range of systems for the Timeless Medical Systems product portfolio
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systms Engineering, Software Engineering, Web Design, or a field related to the industry
3+ years of related experience
Demonstrated apptitude for learning new technologies
Familiarity with various programming languages and development platforms
Stong knowledge of browser compatability problems for all platforms and major browser types
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
High level of integrity and work ethic
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
Demonstrate time management skills
Self-directed, ability to thrive working independently
High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in diverse environment
