As our Capacity Building Working Student (m/f/d) in the Capacity Building team, you will support the development and scaling of learning materials for internal teams, customers, and suppliers. You’ll work closely with the Capacity Building Lead to help design and organize content that makes complex topics like sustainability regulations and platform features clear and accessible.

What can you expect?:
• Content Management Support: Maintain and organize learning materials in our LMS (Learning Management System)-including creating content, tagging, updating, and testing
• Content Creation Assistance: Help draft, structure and create learning content such as slide decks, scripts, videos, and other learning assets (in English)
• Quality Assurance: Check content for accuracy, structure, consistency, and clarity before publishing.
• Documentation & Process Support: Help conduct and document internal training sessions, structure Q&As, collect feedback, and maintain content
• Data Analysis & Insights: Support with smaller analyses, identify trends, and help create structured insights for process and performance improvement

What should you bring along?:
• Studies: You are currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g.Sustainability, Communications, Educational Design, Business, or related field)
• Tools: You are comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel, ideally you also have experience with video creation tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Working Style: You are structured, reliable, and very detail-oriented. You should be comfortable working independently with clear responsibilities. Strong interest in sustainability, eLearning, and digital communication
• Team Spirit: You are a proactive communicator and bring a collaborative mindset to support multiple stakeholders
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and German (any other language is a plus but not required)
