We are seeking a visionary and analytical Sustainability Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead our sustainability efforts, develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental impact, and drive sustainable business practices across the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and make a lasting impact on our organization's environmental footprint.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030
• Lead and manage sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation programs
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
• Prepare sustainability reports using recognized frameworks such as GRI or SASB
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into business operations
• Analyze data and metrics to track progress and report on sustainability performance
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to sustainability
• Drive innovation in sustainable practices and technologies within the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and sustainable business practices, both locally and internationally
• Proficiency in environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national sustainability goals
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP or CSR-P are a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change within an organization
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Experience with sustainability software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Innovative mindset with a passion for environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility
