In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility by driving data transparency across our Global operation, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Drive vendor engagement to collect essential primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging data, ensuring the organization meets rigorous compliance standards for the Canadian, US, EU, and Australia/NZ markets.

• Spearhead the transition to compliant recyclability labeling by collaborating with suppliers to update packaging symbols in alignment with California SB343 and Canadian FPR regulatory requirements.

• Bridge critical data gaps for global sustainability reporting (CSRD) by managing outreach to utilities vendors to secure comprehensive waste and energy usage information.

• Enhance sourcing transparency and audit readiness by systematically collecting and validating seafood certifications from supply chain partners for Quarterly Business Reviews.

What you’ll bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate requirements clearly to external partners.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships with diverse vendor groups.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple outreach campaigns and meet strict regulatory deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: Possess a natural inclination toward identifying inconsistencies or anomalies, with the persistence to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks or regulations such as CSRD, EPR, or packaging recyclability standards.

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in vendor outreach management or a contact center environment.

• Passion for Impact: A demonstrated interest in corporate social responsibility and a desire to build a career in the sustainability sector.

• Tools Knowledge: Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediary Excel/Google sheets experience a plus)
