Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a Sustainability Consultant to be based at our Madrid office.

The successful candidate will be primarily supporting the existing sustainability services for our multinational and government clients, including Green Building Certification (BREEAM, LEED), Sustainability assessments, Carbon footprint calculation, etc. In addition, the candidate will be exposed to other environmental and sustainability related projects associated to building certifications such as energy modelling, life cycle analysis, ecological studies, etc.

The role would include:

Information search, data analysis, documentation review
Reports preparation
Communication with the certifying bodies (BRE/ITG/GBC)
Clients communication and commercial activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Degree in Architecture, Sustainability, Environmental, or related fields.

Specific Skills

Essential: VERY HIGH ENGLISH LEVEL (spoken and written). Other languages will be positively considered.
Sustainability certifications (BREEAM/LEED)

Person Specification (Behavioral Attributes): Ethical commitment, teamwork, concern for quality, wishing to learn.

Experience: More than 5 years
