Assigned Area: Di Linh, Lam Ha, Duc Trong and nearby areas, subject to the Manager’s assignment and arrangement.
Main Responsibilities:
• Execute assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, managing both time and cost
• Implement sustainable activities within the assigned area, working with farmers, team leaders, and agents.
• Gather and report information regularly on the execution of sustainable activities to management, coordinating with provincial management to verify information when needed.
• Identify challenges as well as opportunities to drive the development of the sustainability activities further.
• Be responsible for sustainable data in the managed area.
• Support Field Technicians (FT) in technical activities, training, and field monitoring.
• Work as part of a team and ensure the team meets its objectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant Group Code of Conducts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the direct manager.
Experience 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability program or relevant subjects in the agriculture industry experience at multinational companies.
• Experience in coffee is advantageous
Academics
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Sustainability or related fields
Other skills 
• Proficiency in Excel, and reporting skills
• Ability to train farmers on RSP, SCI/projects is a valuable necessary
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong team player.
• Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
Languages
• Basic English communication & fluent in Vietnamese.
