Surveyor (Inspector - Makati and Mindanao Based)

Primary Responsibilities ▪ Performs quantity and quality inspection or verification of various products and goods in accordance with company standards, legal and client requirements. Specific Responsibilities ▪ Ensures all the necessary forms, materials, equipment, and/or other requirements needed to perform the job are complete and prepared before proceeding to the work site. ▪ Coordinates with clients on schedules and other information pertinent to the job. ▪ Conducts inspection or verification work (reference: Verification Matrix of Inspection Work) according to company standard, procedures and client requirements or agreed job scope and specifications. ▪ Provides feedback and updates on the status or progress of the job to his/her immediate superior on a regular basis. ▪ Prepares and submits complete and accurate inspection reports including properly labeled samples. ▪ Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

▪ College graduate (BS Food Technology, BS Agriculture, Sciences and Engineering courses). ▪ Has good communication and interpersonal skills. ▪ Has good keyboard skills – MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Language ▪ Proficient in English & Filipino (both written and verbal).

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and give strategic advice based on these analyses. Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Outstanding presentation skills with ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Excellent organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and implement effective solution. Highly developed communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, senior management, and stakeholders.
