We are looking for a skilled Surveying Project Manager / Estimator to lead land surveying and geospatial initiatives in Edmond, OK. This full-time role offers a hands-on blend of project estimating, coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate excels in client-facing situations, manages multiple field teams efficiently, and brings a strong eye for detail to every project.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee land surveying and geospatial projects in Edmond, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, 3D scanning, and aerial mapping from planning through delivery
• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets tailored to Edmond projects
• Coordinate survey crews, technicians, and subcontractors to meet schedules and financial targets
• Review field data, maps, and deliverables to maintain QA/QC compliance
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
• Track project performance and ensure all deliverables meet quality and client expectations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in land surveying, geospatial services, or surveying project management
• Strong skills in estimating, proposal development, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage deadlines and field teams with professionalism and efficiency
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with surveying standards, equipment, and CAD/GIS software preferred
