Survey Setup Specialist

About This Job:

As a Survey Setup Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming survey questionnaires into actionable tools that support data collection across different retail channels. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining data accuracy and delivering valuable insights to our clients.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure surveys are accurately set up, tested, and deployed using NIQ’s internal survey programming and data management tools — while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Configure survey links based on provided questionnaire templates
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and upload data files required for survey deployment (e.g., preload lists, sample plans)
• Develop training and briefing materials for field teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree
• Languages: Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must 
• Skills & Attributes:• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working independently and in remote, cross‑functional teams
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, macros)
• Familiarity with mobile data‑collection apps and basic data validation processes (nice to have)
