About the Role:
The purpose of the position consists in supervising all operations using video tools, for security/ fraud/ theft/ violations of the internal rules/ quality monitoring of all employees and non-employees that are entering our premisses and coordinating the Surveillance department.
Key Responsabilities:
Collaborates with the Shift Manager on duty to resolve shift incidents.
Collaborates and communicates with other departments to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Monitor whether the appearance and makeup of casino employees comply with the company's regulations, and if any non-compliance is found, it should be notified to SM/PB and reported in the duty group.
Enforces safety, sanitation and internal regulations by reporting any defects to the person in charge.
Monitors operational quality and safety and produce appraisals and reports for the staff that enters the Studios.
Supervise and guide the daily work of employees in the monitoring department.
Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.
Observes, monitors and evaluates dealer’s and shuffler's rotations, attitude, appearance and technical performance.
Complies with the tasks assigned by the OCR Manager or Shift Manager on duty in order to meet operational targets.
Review daily duty reports, incident reports, and log entries generated by monitors and submit the reports to management.
Other Responsibilities:
Makes monthly meetings with Surveillance department staff members, 1-2-1's and general meetings, and evaluates the knowledge and performance of everyone from the team.
Ensure compliance with the Gaming Regulations, Rules, MICS, company policies and procedures at all times.
Monitors operational quality and safety, makes sure that dealers/shufflers do not touch the equipment (cameras, lights, sound equipment, AC, etc.).
Fill in the handover list for the incoming shift with all pending issues.
Constantly reports to OCR Manager or Shift Manager on duty irregularities that can be fixed during downtime.
Monitor and record all visitor access for non-casino staff.
Complete daily reports and ensure accurate recording of all events.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance is a plus.
Previous experience in a surveillance or security role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to remain focused and alert for extended periods.
Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management software, and security protocols.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
