Whitfield Regional Hospital, member of the UAB Health System, is hiring for a full-time OR/Surgery nurse to work day shift from 6:45A-3:15P. This position does require on-call shifts with additional on-call compensation. Position requires candidates to have an active LPN license in good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing with CPR certification.
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
