About the Company: Jefferson Hospital has a well-equipped emergency room, which utilizes hospital staff and contract physicians. Support services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients and
the scope of service is consistent with the current mission of the hospital to provide quality community-based primary health care to Jefferson and surrounding counties.

Job Description: We’re seeking a LPN or an RN to join our team at Jefferson Hospital.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

LPN: Surgery LPNs assist in the preparation of patients for surgical or endoscopic procedures and
provide the care needed as described in the standards of care for the surgical unit.

RN: Surgery Registered Nurses are responsible for preparing the patient and taking care of them throughout
the process of a surgery or medical procedure. Surgery RNs evaluate patients and ensure patients are
informed while also communicating with other members of the team.

Position Requirements:

Graduate from a state approved school of nursing

Licensed LPN or RN in the state of Georgia

BLS

ACLS

PALS
