Job Description
At Phillip Jeffries, we believe beautiful design begins with passion, integrity, and connection. What started in 1976 as a small family business with just ten grasscloths in a New Jersey garage has grown into a global luxury brand offering more than 1,000 wallcoverings to designers and architects around the world. Through decades of growth, our values remain the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to craftsmanship, creativity, and delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
If you’re inspired by thoughtful design, creative collaboration, and seeing your work come to life in extraordinary interiors, we invite you to apply. Reporting to the Customs Design Director, this role plays an integral part in shaping custom artwork—from refining layouts and supporting client concepts to preparing designs for production. This position is ideal for a detail‑driven creative who thrives at the intersection of artistry and execution, values collaboration, and takes pride in contributing to beautifully realized custom projects.

Item Setup
You’ll help move custom designs from concept to reality by ensuring every detail is accurately prepared for production.
Enter precise data and submit production-ready files for assigned custom items
Follow established processes for item setup and flag potential delays to team leads
Review files for accuracy prior to submission and escalate issues to support teams when needed
Strike-Offs
You’ll help safeguard quality and consistency by supporting the critical review process that brings custom designs one step closer to production.
