• Responsible for sample preparation, equipment operation, analysis and testing, data processing, data/report review of Tof SIMS, XPS, Raman, XRD and other instruments, while ensuring good data quality and TAT.
• Lead the team to develop new analytical methods for Tof SIMS/XPS/Raman in fields such as semiconductors, microelectronics, new energy, and materials science, and optimize the testing process.
• Have the ability to independently use one or more of Tof SIMS/XPS/Raman devices and conduct related laboratory work. When necessary, cooperate with the sales team to visit customers and promote technology.
• Communicate with customers about their requirements, provide corresponding test plans and issue genuine and valid test reports, and answer technical questions after the tests.
• Can prepare samples as required and conducting peer review of reports when necessary.
• Write the SOP for equipment operation and maintenance, and provide training to relevant people at the same time. Prepare a training plan for new hired staff and implement it.
• Do a good job in the calibration, quality control and interim verification of Tof SIMS/XPS/Ramana and other instruments, ensure the accuracy of test data, and make the entire test process and data comply with the provisions of 17025.
• Any other duties that the employee's manager may instruct the employee to perform within a reasonable range of the employee's job position and work ability from time to time.

 

 

• Professional background such as organic chemistry, physics or materials, with a doctoral degree (or an experienced master's degree), and at least 5 years of working experience in the fields of Tof SIMS, XPS, Raman, etc. Those with relevant technical research and development or testing experience in well-known domestic and foreign research institutions, universities or large enterprises will be given priority.
• Have used at least one of the three devices, Tof SIMS, XPS, and Raman, and be proficient in their working principles and operations. Be capable of independently completing the detection experiments and data processing of complex samples, and have a strong ability to judge the accuracy of experimental results.
• Possessing excellent scientific research thinking and innovation capabilities, as well as strong problem-solving skills, one can quickly analyze the causes and propose effective solutions when facing complex technical challenges. At the same time, needs have good communication and expression skills as well as a spirit of teamwork.
• Be upright in character, hardworking and enduring hardships, and possess the psychological quality to withstand certain work pressure. Be meticulous in handling affairs, proactive at work, eager to learn and has a good working attitude.
• proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and familiar with office software such as Office.
