Job Title: Supported Living Manager (Clinical)
Location: Lancing, West Sussex (additional service opening soon!)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000+ per year (reviewed annually)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with on-call duties)
This is a clinical role, so a nursing background in complex care would be advantageous.

About the Role
As a Supported Living Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and support individuals in their own homes in Lancing, as well as at a new service opening soon.
You will support individuals who:
Have autism and learning disabilities
Communicate their needs effectively
Require support with epilepsy management
May experience periods of dysregulated behaviour
Your role is to create a structured, safe, and engaging environment where individuals can thrive. You will also use your clinical expertise to support wider services with protocols, guidance, and staff training.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced manager, ideally within autism and learning disability services
Nursing qualification with active PIN
Confident, inspiring leader who can motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
