Brightwater is a residential service providing person centred care to adults with autism in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment. People we support are truly lovely individuals who thrive when supported with dignity, respect and encouragement tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £13.45 per hour (reviewed annually)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Your role is to help make these activities safe, consistent, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent 1:1 person-centred support
Support daily routines and promote independence
Support safely to activities, appointments, and community outings
Encourage positive engagement in hobbies and interests
Support with personal care and structured routines where required
Respond calmly to changes in presentation or behaviour
Build a trusting, positive working relationship
