Role/Responsibilities Description "1. Minimum 3 years of relevant Production experience as L2 Support.2. Experience in Monitoring of Production Systems/Applications.3. Must have experience in handling Production Incident Tickets.4. Must have used a tool/application to handle Incident Tickets.5. Must have thorough knowledge on Incident Management Process.6. Must have experience in Batch Monitoring.7. Clear oral and written communication. Must have experience in interacting with Business users and Technology/Support users.8. Critical issues identified should be escalated to the Management.9. Strong in Oracle & Sybase (SQL & PL/SQL).10. Experience in UNIX shell scripting & debugging knowledge with technical hands-on.11. Knowledge of BRIO-Hyperion is required.12. Knowledge of MANTAS is an added advantage
