Internship Opportunity, Office of the Managing Director 

HP Nordics & Benelux (Unpaid Internship)

Location: Stockholm/Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated and curious university student to join our team as an intern. At HP, we believe our future success is driven by new perspectives, fresh ideas, and emerging talent. This internship is designed to give you meaningful exposure, responsibility, and learning, not just observation.

We offer an internship placement of a minimum of 6 months, where you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the Leadership Team for HP Nordics & Benelux. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into a complex, international organization and to learn how leadership teams operate across countries, cultures, and functions.

 

The Role:

Intern, Office of the Managing Director

As an intern, you will support the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team across the Nordics & Benelux. Your work will be varied, hands‑on, and impactful, and may include:

• Supporting planning, strategy, and administrative activities

• Providing direct administrative support to the Chief of Staff

• Creating, coordinating, and supporting internal communications and meetings

• Maintaining trackers, timelines, and follow‑ups for projects and workflows

• Taking an active role in community, culture, and inclusion initiatives

• Supporting on‑site office management in Sweden and hybrid support across Nordics & Benelux

• You will be trusted with real responsibility and encouraged to bring your ideas forward.

 

Education & Experience (Required)

• Currently enrolled in a university or similar higher‑education program

• At least one year of completed studies

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with diverse, cross‑functional teams

 

Preferred Fields of Study (but not required)

• Business Administration or similar

• Project Management

• Office or Operations Management

• Administrative or Executive Support
