🚀 Das erwartet dich

Als Teil unseres internationalen Support-Teams bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Gastronomie-Betriebe, die unsere POS- und SaaS-Lösungen nutzen. Du hilfst unseren Kund*innen dabei, ihr Geschäft am Laufen zu halten – mit Geduld, Know-how und einer Prise Humor.

Konkret bedeutet das:

• Du arbeitest mit einem globalen 24/7-Team über APAC, EMEA & NOAM hinweg

• Du bleibst flexibel, auch mal an Wochenenden (arbeitest nach Dienstplan)

• Du kommunizierst freundlich, lösungsorientiert und immer mit unserem „Gold Class"-Support Standard per Telefon, Chat & E-Mail

• Du analysierst, testest & behebst technische Probleme (Hard- und Software)

• Du dokumentierst sauber in unseren Support-Plattformen

• Du erkennst, reproduzierst und eskalierst Bugs an unser QA-Team – und bleibst dran, bis alles gelöst ist

• Du bringst dich aktiv ein, wenn es um Produktverbesserungen geht

🧩 Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder technischen Support

• Kommunikationsstärke – du erklärst klar, freundlich und empathisch

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Online-, Mobil- und Desktop-Systemen (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows)

Nice to have:

• Erfahrung mit SaaS-Produkten, iOS-Apps oder Ticketsystemen

• Gastronomie-Background oder Leidenschaft für Food-Tech

• Interesse an Netzwerken, HTML/CSS oder Mac OS

• Weitere Sprachen? (Französisch, Niederländisch) – super!
