Nuestros equipo de Support Specialist ayudan a los cines independientes o cadenas de cine a ofrecer una experiencia cinematográfica memorable mediante el aprovechamiento de nuestro software.

¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?

Investigar y resolver problemas que surgen con nuestro software en un segundo / tercer nivel

Uso de SQL Server y sentencias SQL para ayudar con la resolución de problemas

Leer e interpretar registros de errores proporcionados por el cliente y desde el paquete de software

Mantener comunicación con nuestros clientes utilizando nuestro sitio web de asistencia, teléfono, correo electrónico y pantalla compartida

Identificar y registrar errores de software para ser corregidos por nuestro equipo de desarrollo

Requirements:
¿Cuáles son los requiero?

·Estudios en el área de TI

·Experiencia en la implementación o soporte de software

·Experiencia laboral con SDLC y soluciones de TI

·Manejo de MySQL Server y SQL Server

·Comprende aspectos avanzados de hardware y redes
