Job Description
As part of the Support & Scrum team at COSMOTE Global Solutions, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services while facilitating agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Production of learning material, training documents and training sessions related to the cloud-based platform for the end users.
• Leading the day to day and periodical scrum activities.
• Orchestrating the UATs, performing defect triage and follow-up ensuring communication among all layers.
• Orchestrating the production support process, trouble ticket triage and resolution follow-up and general user support.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in IT support or service management is a strong advantage.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage conflict and negotiate solutions.
• Good knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English(C1) and good knowledge in French(B2)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT of which:
>2 years creating learning/training material for enterprise applications
>2 organizing training sessions and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base
>1 year leading scrum activities for development teams using Azure DevOps and the Azure DevOps scrum template
>1 year organizing UATs and ensuring defects raise are properly resolved.
>1 year doing production support of cloud-native applications addressing >1000 users
