We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our technical team and provide high-quality support for our Web and Windows-based applications. The candidate will have a solid understanding of software development concepts, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for web and desktop applications built with .NET, C#, and React.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and user-reported incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development team to analyze and replicate reported problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest long-term fixes or improvements.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues or enhancement opportunities.
• Assist in application deployments, updates, and configuration changes.
• Document solutions, known issues, and support procedures in internal knowledge bases.
• Communicate effectively with users, ensuring high satisfaction and professional handling of all inquiries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support or software development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and React.js.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and writing/debugging SQL queries.
• Experience with IIS, API integrations, and debugging web applications.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
