TexAu is a growth automation platform to scale businesses faster. We are the #1 data extraction and web automation platform on the web, trusted by over 6000+ businesses. We have over 180+ automations for 10+ platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Twitter, ProductHunt, and Quora.
We are a fully distributed company so you will have freedom of working from anywhere in the world - as long as there are 4-5 hours of overlap with the team.
We launched our platform in January 2020 and in the last 1.5 years, we grew from 0 customers to over 9000+ businesses.
• Chat and respond to customer emails to solve technical issues they are facing
• Create a report of bugs and repetitive queries from customers every day
• Sync with the development team to talk about the weekly customer support experience, what things we are lacking, and what needs to be done more for better customer support
• Write documents and maintain reports of top queries and missing content for the content writing team
• At least 2 years of previous Technical product support experience is required.
