Support Engineer Level 1 (Potential future opportunity)
New Era is always looking for a technically minded problem-solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery team for opportunities
To succeed in this role, you'll bring hands-on experience across core hardware and operating systems, along with a solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Exchange, and Office 365. You'll have working knowledge of TCP/IP, cloud technologies, IT security, and experience managing networks and firewalls. You communicate clearly in writing, approach problems with a structured and logical mindset, and bring a proven track record of delivering excellent client-facing service.
