テンストレントではAIサーバーや関連インフラ（GPUクラスタ、ストレージ、ネットワーク機器）の運用・保守を担当していただけるサポートエンジニア職を募集しています。

勤務地：東京

職務内容（Responsibilities）

• AIサーバーおよび関連システム（GPUクラスタ、ストレージ、ネットワーク機器等）の保守・点検・障害対応

• サーバー障害時の一次切り分け、オンサイト修理、部品交換

• NOC（Network Operations Center）やリモート監視ツールによる稼働状況の監視・ログ分析

• トラブル発生時のインシデントレポートの作成・報告

• ファームウェア／BIOS／ドライバの更新対応

• 顧客向けの定期点検、予防保守の計画と実施

• エンジニアリング部門／サポート部門と連携したエスカレーション対応

• 保守用在庫の管理、パーツ配送の調整

• 現場導入支援や設置・移設作業の立ち会い・主導

必須スキル・経験（Requirements）

• x86サーバー（特にGPUサーバーなど）の保守経験

• ハードウェアトラブルの切り分けスキル（電源、メモリ、HDD、PCIe、GPU等）

• Linux（Ubuntu / RHEL / CentOS）環境での操作経験

• 基本的なネットワーク知識（L2/L3, TCP/IP, DHCP, IPMI）

• 顧客現場での技術サポート経験（オンサイト対応）

• システム保守や障害対応のドキュメント作成スキル

• ハードウェア診断ツール（IPMItool、smartctl、nvidia-smiなど）の使用経験

• 英語マニュアル読解・海外サポート窓口とのやり取り経験

• 普通自動車運転免許（フィールド出張対応のため）

歓迎スキル（Nice to Have）

• NVIDIA GPUサーバー（例：DGX/HGX）やSupermicro/Inspur/Lambda等のハードウェア経験

• Enternet,InfiniBand、NVLink、PCIeスイッチの知識

• データセンターでの運用・保守経験

• GPUベースのディープラーニングやAIワークロードの基礎知識

• Linux shellスクリプトによる簡易自動化経験
