Support Coordinator (Night Shift)

• Keep communication top of mind by recording all details, performing internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities, and being the go-to expert on all things Field Nation.

• Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations

Other Details: :
• This is a full-time, hybrid position (We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays for community building)
• Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh and hours generally range from 8 pm - 5 am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)
