Help us scale and strengthen Treatwell’s supply marketplace in Lithuania. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, your mission is to build, mentor and drive a high-performing Commercial Supply team - Sales and Customer Success that fuels sustainable marketplace growth.
You will lead the function responsible for both acquiring new salon partners and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This role is not just about hitting numbers - it’s about developing people, improving processes and ensuring long-term partner value.
Working closely with Country Manager, Marketing and the wider commercial team, you will align acquisition and retention strategies to maximise partner lifetime value and marketplace performance.
You will be responsible for:
Driving Partner Acquisition
• Leading and mentoring a team responsible for acquiring new salon partners across Lithuania
• Ensuring strong pipeline generation, market coverage and consistent conversion
• Identifying supply gaps in priority cities and segments
• Optimising acquisition strategies using data-driven insights
• Supporting complex negotiations and high-value partnerships
• Collaborating with training teams to ensure high-quality onboarding
Strengthening Partner Retention & Quality
• Working closely with Account Management to reduce churn and improve engagement
• Identifying early churn signals and proactively addressing risks
• Supporting activation and long-term partner success post-signing
• Building a culture of value-based, consultative partner relationships
• Monitoring retention KPIs and implementing structured improvement plans
Leading & Developing the Supply Team
• Professionally and disciplinarily managing the Supply team
• Running structured 1:1s focused on development, accountability and performance
• Coaching on consultative selling and value-driven conversations
• Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
• Creating clarity around targets, KPIs and expectations
• Fostering a high-performance, feedback-driven culture
Owning Supply KPIs & Operational Excellence
• Taking full ownership of defined key Commercial Supply metrics
• Tracking performance weekly and identifying gaps early
• Driving continuous process improvements
• Aligning acquisition and retention levers for sustainable growth
• Presenting performance insights and action plans to the Country Manager
Requirements:
About You
• Experience leading a B2B sales or marketplace commercial team
• Proven track record of delivering growth and retention KPIs
• Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with structured thinking
• Comfortable balancing short-term targets with long-term sustainability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus)
• Competitive, resilient and solution-oriented
