ROLE SUMMARY:

King’s College Alicante, one of the most sought-after British international schools in Spain, is seeking adaptable and dedicated Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our outstanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of age groups (EYFS – KS5), providing short- or medium-term cover and contributing to the care, wellbeing, and development of our pupils.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons or learning support under the guidance of class teachers.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance learning outcomes and wellbeing.
Collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues to ensure continuity and high-quality provision.
Model the school’s values of honesty, faith, and courage in daily interactions.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and pastoral care.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (British or international preferred).
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning and wellbeing.
Good organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to different classes and needs.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, CACHE or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
