WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Supply Planning department of 18 specialists/team leaders and ensure a strong and scalable setup that supports business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Setting the strategic direction for Supply Planning and ensuring alignment with overall supply chain and business goals
• Ensuring optimal product availability across distribution centres while balancing the main KPIs
• Being part of the S&OP processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Taking ownership of supply planning performance, including service levels, stock levels, and forecast alignment
• Identifying risks and opportunities in the supply chain and ensuring proactive mitigation
• Driving continuous improvement, including optimisation of processes, tools, and data usage

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a strong experienced leader with both strategic mindset and operational understanding and you have:

• Solid experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably in supply planning or similar functions
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience with S&OP processes and supply chain optimisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
• A proactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement)
