Supply Planning Functional Analyst

M9 Solutions is seeking a Supply Planning Functional Analyst to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust level clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Supply and Demand planning processes in Oracle Cloud for end-to-end visibility across contract manufacturers and suppliers.

• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Supply and Demand Planning modules to meet complex business requirements.

• Analyze forecasting models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.

• Design and implement replenishment planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve service level, and perform date management.

• Configure and customize replenishment planning solutions, ensuring the system addresses unique operational challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex and custom business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Develop, test, and document business processes, configurations, and best practices.

• Identify business pain points in existing planning processes and propose optimized solutions.

• Possess and apply expertise across key tasks and high-impact assignments.

• Plan and lead major technology assignments.

• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.

• Must possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A postgraduate degree from an accredited university may substitute for 6 years of experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Employee Compensation

• M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
