Supply Planner (9 Month contract)

Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our upstream Supply Chain team on a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract.

This role combines supply planning and material control responsibilities, reflecting the structure of a small and agile team. You will ensure that materials and components are ordered, tracked and delivered on time, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and ensure purchase orders are placed on time
• Monitor inbound materials and supplier deliveries
• Track international shipments, including sea freight
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supply chain data in planning systems
• Identify and follow up on delivery issues or shortages
• Prepare reports related to orders, inventory and supplier performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Production

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or similar (or relevant experience)
• Experience in supply planning, purchasing or material control
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and ERP systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English, and intermediate Dutch
