Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Job Summary:
Support supply chain operations by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of supply chain systems and data across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity through consistent data entry, data management, and routine reporting to support inventory visibility, order processing, and day-to-day operational needs. The Supply Chain Systems Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring supply chain processes are supported by accurate, dependable, and well-maintained data.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily data entry and maintenance within supply chain and inventory systems.
Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and system corrections as needed.
Ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and inventory data across systems.
Support order processing and system-related administrative tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for clinic-submitted supply chain tickets, including order status inquiries, inventory availability questions, and general supply chain support.
Research and respond to clinic questions related to lenses, contact lenses, frames, and other inventory items.
Provide order status updates and resolve routine supply chain inquiries in a timely manner.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate supply chain team members or leadership.
Run standard reports and distribute routine operational reporting.
Identify data discrepancies and partner with supply chain leadership to resolve issues.
Maintain system documentation, data standards, and basic SOPs.
Support system testing and validation during updates or enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience optical operations or retail product management a plus.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-critical tasks.
Ability to follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately.
Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with AcuityLogic practice management software is a plus.
