Role Purpose
To provide strategic, analytical, and executional support to the Director by transforming daily directives, operational data, and cross-functional inputs into structured analysis, clear documentation, and actionable follow-through.
This role requires strong analytical judgment, disciplined task tracking, and the ability to operate at executive pace while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Analytical Support
• Analyze performance, procurement status, cost structures, and operational trends.
• Prepare concise analytical reports, summaries, and management-ready materials to support decision-making.
• Translate strategic direction into structured action plans and measurable outcomes.
Execution Tracking & Operational Alignment
• Record, track, and monitor daily directives, decisions, and action items arising from management discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external parties to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Proactively identify execution gaps, risks, and misalignment, and escalate where required.
Documentation & Governance
• Maintain accurate and structured records of key decisions, approvals, commitments, and operational matters.
• Prepare clear meeting notes, action logs, and reference documents for accountability and continuity.
• Ensure information is organized, traceable, and readily available for management review.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as a strategic coordination point between the Director and internal functions including procurement, finance, operations, and project teams.
• Support alignment of communication by ensuring clarity of intent, scope, and expectations.
• Assist in preparing materials for senior management discussions and external engagements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain strategy, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
• Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in project management and strategic planning.
