Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the supply chain team

• Own the flow of goods like a conductor: manage, monitor, escalate when needed.

• Define and track KPIs — and make sure the team delivers on them.

• Coordinate across departments (local teams, inbound, warehousing, etc.).

• Participate in team meetings, bring clarity, and ensure issues are followed through.

• Proactively plan for upcoming seasons and handle any arising challenges.

• Escalate operational blockers, but own the solution path whenever possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills – you make decisions based on data.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.).

• Someone open to change and hungry to grow

• Comfortable in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
