About the Role
As the Supply Chain Planning Lead at Taager, you will be responsible for leading regional inventory and demand planning. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and lead the monthly regional S&OP cycle
Align Commercial, Growth, and Logistics teams on demand and supply planning
Build, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain planners
Develop forecasting models considering seasonality, marketing trends, and expansion plans
Define safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead-time strategies across fulfillment centers
Partner with Commercial teams on product launches and campaigns
Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to align capacity with inbound planning
Leverage tools such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Metabase to support planning
Monitor supplier performance and inbound reliability
Mitigate supply chain risks
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP
At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems
Experience with SQL, Python, or planning tools is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
