We are seeking an Intermediate Level Supply Chain Operations Associate to support critical day-to-day supply chain execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role serves as a key link between customers, intercompany partners, third-party supply sites, logistics providers, finance, purchasing, quality, and external manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, shipment coordination, and operational support.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in SAP, logistics, shipping and receiving, warehousing, supply chain operations, and import/export compliance. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across functions, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage supply chain operations activities on behalf of internal stakeholders, including coordination with purchasing, finance, and fiscal representatives;
• Serve as a key operational link between supply sites, customers, and markets;
• Receive, enter, and process market orders in accordance with business rules;
• Resolve discrepancies related to order quantities, timing, pricing, and payment queries;
• Process supplier invoices and tolling fee invoices accurately and on time;
• Issue customer invoices and required shipping documentation;
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers and maintain shipment tracking records;
• Support redeployment and rework coordination, including cost tracking and back-charging activities;
• Liaise with Quality Control for testing, release, Certificates of Analysis, and product release support where applicable;
• Support master data activities related to customers, contracts, BOMs, and operational data integrity;
• Run operational reports and support month-end and year-end financial reporting deadlines;
• Maintain files, records, and import/export documentation in an audit-ready state;
• Support audits and requests for trade compliance and shipping documentation;
• Assist with implementation of new supply models and additional operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field;
• 3+ years of recent SAP experience;
• 3+ years of logistics experience;
• 3+ years of shipping and receiving and/or warehousing experience;
• 3+ years of supply chain management or supply chain operations experience;
• 3+ years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or a related field;
• Understanding of basic U.S. import/export regulations;
• Understanding of Foreign Trade Zone operations;
• Understanding of Department of Transportation requirements.
Preferred:
• Pharmaceutical industry experience;
• Experience working in a multinational company, ideally within an export or supply chain operations function;
• Experience with order processing and invoicing;
• Experience preparing shipping documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders;
• Experience supporting import/export documentation in an audit-ready environment;
• Exposure to SAP APO or ECC;
• Experience supporting master data, contracts, BOMs, or operational reporting;
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice.

Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate, $: 29.71 - 32.66 (W-2 only, no C2C)
Hybrid position - 50% onsite required
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, regular business hours
12-month contract with possible extension
