We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient movement of goods, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and driving operational excellence while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. The position requires a strong understanding of transportation networks, warehouse management, and compliance—particularly in environments involving specialized or hazardous materials.
You will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, improving cost efficiency, and building strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Optimize freight costs, transportation routes, and vendor utilization for improved operational efficiency
• Manage relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and third-party service providers
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Ensure adherence to inventory control practices such as FIFO/FEFO and maintain accurate stock records
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and slow-moving items to improve working capital efficiency
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation practices in line with safety and compliance standards
• Manage regulatory requirements including documentation, e-way bills, and audit readiness
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and finance for demand planning and execution
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service-level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 8–15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control systems
• Experience working with specialized or regulated materials with a focus on safety and compliance
• Knowledge of logistics regulations, documentation, and audit processes
• Exposure to import/export logistics is an added advantage
• Proven ability to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Process-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach
